Prime Email Connector allows users to connect a Gmail account and enable automated processing of selected incoming emails based on configured keywords.

When you authorize Prime Email Connector, the service may access Gmail information necessary to provide its email-processing and forwarding functionality, including email messages and related message information.

3. How Gmail data is used

Gmail data is used to identify and process emails that match the configured criteria and to perform the forwarding workflow requested by the user.

4. Sharing of information

Emails identified for forwarding may be sent to the designated recipient configured for the service. Prime Email Connector does not sell Gmail data or use Gmail data for advertising.

5. Storage and security

Authentication information and service data are processed using Google Cloud services and access controls appropriate to the operation of the service.

6. Data retention

Information is retained only as necessary to operate the service, maintain processing records, and support legitimate operational requirements.

7. Revoking access

You may revoke Prime Email Connector's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account security settings.
